    What is Home Health Care?
    Home Health care provides seniors with one-on-one assistance from a trained caregiver in the comfort of his or her own home. With assistance from a caregiver, seniors are able to live at home independently and maintain their quality of life. The personal attention they receive vastly improves their safety, health and happiness.

    How does billing work and do you take Insurance?
    You will be billed every fortnightly, and a invoice will be sent via mail or email (whichever you prefer). We accept the following insurances: Long term and any personal insurance that may cover senior health care. We do not accept medicaid or medicare.

    What is the difference between Daily Care and Hourly Care?
    With our daily care service, caregivers come in shifts and stay with the client around-the-clock, ready to assist with all activities of daily living and ensuring safety all hours of the day. 24/7 care provides service for those seniors who require close supervision at all times. Hourly care is typically provided at a minimum of four hours but is also available for more consecutive hours at a time.

    How do you supervise caregivers?
    Before beginning home care services, our care management team creates a schedule and a care plan that covers all aspects of the appropriate care and revise it with the caregiver and client. Our Care Manager or Client Care Manager at AAA Quality Homecare makes regular Quality Assurance visits to ensure the quality of care is satisfactory and makes changes as needed.

    How does AAA Quality Homecare screen caregivers?
    All caregivers phone screened (questioned), interviewed (formal), and tested for competency. All caregivers are required to be TB tested and background checked.

    What does Personalized Care mean?
    Clients meet with a Care Planner to gather and organize information about the severity of your health and situation. Once that is done, we will build a personalized care specific to your needs and wants. This way the care is compatible and comfortable for both client and caregiver.
